Q How long will production take after I place my order?
About a month. Depending on your location or our production volume, it may take longer. Feel free to contact us at any time; we’ll be happy to give you’re an estimated time arrival for your kimono.
Q I have a dog and a cat. Is it possible to order two kimono for each of them?
Of course! It’s most certainly possible. Please allow for a longer production period for two items.
Q Can you make a kimono for short-legged breeds like dachshunds?
Certainly. We will create a kimono to match the size and measurements of your special pet.
Q Will I be able to dress my pet in a kimono properly?
Yes. It’s easy!
Q Is the fabric new?
No. The kimono offered by HANA are high-quality antique kimono – not mass-produced kimono garments.
Q Do you use the kimono shown in the sample images?
No. When creating your kimono, we will ask you for your preferred color, and then recommend some kimono to match your taste.We will then have you select your favorite kimono from the recommendations. Production will start using your selected kimono.
Q Are the kimono machine-washable?
No. Due to our use of high-quality antique kimono, machine washing will not be possible.
Please have the kimono cleaned at a specialty cleaners’ that handles high-quality materials.
Q Are product returns possible?
Sorry, we do not accept returns nor cancellations after order confirmation, due to the fact that all our kimono are tailor-made.
Q Can I order from the UK?
Yes, you’re most welcome to do so. HANA’s kimono are purchased by customers in various parts of the world.
Q What is your method of shipping?
We ship through EMS.
